We aim to process and ship your orders as scheduled to the best of our ability.
Most orders shipped with our [Standard Delivery Service] are processed and delivered within 4-14 business days, depending on product availability.
Standard Delivery Service
- Delivery area: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau.
- This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands;
- Enjoy free shipping with every order over HK$ 799 (after discount);
- HK$ 40 delivery fee will be charged for every order below HK$799 (after discount);
- All orders will be shipped using SF Express；
- PO Box addresses will not be accepted for delivery.
If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurs to the product(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately via email at cs@square-ark.com
with your order number, name and contact number, image(s) of damage and a short description. Please allow us a minimum of 3 working day to respond to your email. In the meantime, please do not discard the product(s), which need to be returned for exchange or refund.
